Outwell Michigan XL 2010 tent sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms. Hardly used, includes footprint. in Taunton, Somerset for sale

This tent is 5 years old but hasn't been used more than a handful of times so is in really good condition. Selling due to reduced number of family members willing to go camping. A 9 berth tent but that assumes you can get 3 people in each bedroom (see image). Reality is two adults or large children can fit each bedroom comfortably. So will sleep six people and all their gear or a family of four can use the third bedroom as a storage area. The central living space is high enough for a tall adult to stand upright and we used as a dining room on those wet days. The bedroom at the back has a rear door. The porch on the front can be extended but not sure if the extension can still be bought new. Plenty of panoramic windows make this a light and airy tent. The groundsheet is sewn into the bedrooms and living area but is detachable in the porch. Includes three pre-attached inner tents for the bedrooms each with O shaped stowaway doors. Outside has pre-attached luminous guy ropes. Also includes the matching footprint which provides an extra layer to help protect the groundsheet, and a doormat. The tent and poles fold neatly away into two separate bags (see image). The tent bag measures 36 x 74 cm and the pole bag measures 21 x 69 cm. I can get the tent and poles out of the bag but don't have room at home to put the tent fully up.
